Tbagslosangeles accepts returns for apparel and footwear for store credit only.
For customer service questions about exchanges or returns, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for your return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your item(s).
Upon receiving your return authorization email request, a customer care representative will respond with a Return Authorization number (RA#) to process your return. Once you have received the RA#, please write the RA# on the box and include it with your item(s) for return and ship it to us. Once we have received your goods, we will contact you via email with additional return/exchange details.
Please do not send back any item(s) without writing our internal Return Authorization number (RA#) on the box.
For a full store credit, items must be received in our warehouse within 5 days of your original ship to date. Items received after 5 days, but within 30 days, are subject to a 20% restocking fee and merchandise that is found to be worn or damaged will not be credited. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
For exchanges, if the requested item is not available, you will be given store credit instead, and will receive an email confirmation.
- It takes 3 – 5 business days to process returns/exchanges.
- Swimwear is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition.
- Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable, unless we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style, or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange.
- Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the original retailer.

HOW DO I SHIP MY RETURN/EXCHANGE?
Pack and seal your package, in the original packaging if possible, including your Return Authorization number (RA#). You should ship your return/exchange with a carrier that will supply you with a tracking number to ensure that your package will not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We will not accept COD.
Shipping and Tax
Tbagslosangeles.com will charge sales tax subject to the respective sales tax of the state shipped. For international orders, because taxes and duties vary by country, tbagslosangeles.com can not determine what the fees will be. For more information please contact your local customs office. By purchasing from www.tbagslosangeles.com, you agree that the offer and sale of those goods takes place in, and will be governed exclusively by the laws of, the State of California.
Our goal is to process and ship your order within 10 business days of receipt.
For “pre-order” items, please allow 2-6 weeks to be processed and shipped.
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.
We ship UPS Ground, 2nd Day, and Next Day Air. We cannot guarantee overnight shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and other U.S. territories. Shipping does not reflect holiday delivery schedules. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise. Shipping is not available to post office boxes. If you are shipping to a military address, your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Orders being shipped to addresses outside the U.S. may be subject to import duties, taxes, and broker fee which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. When ordering from www.tbagslosangeles.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country of which you are receiving the goods.
We cannot predict the duties/taxes that will be applied to your package, so please contact your local customs agent before ordering. T-Bags, LLC and tbagslosangeles will not be responsible for any item held by the custom entity of any destination out of U.S.
All undelivered packages will be processed as a credit return and subject to re-stocking fees. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order. You will be subject to new freight charges to reship the merchandise.
